This role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of automation projects across various geographical scopes (local, national & regional). The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability during the execution phase, while dedicating over 50% of their time to strategic and managerial responsibilities.

Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of project managers, engineers, and service professionals.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects and regions.
Project & Service Delivery
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of customer projects and services in the process automation domain.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns during the execution phase.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Translate customer needs into actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Drive operational efficiency and profitability across all delivery engagements.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including financial performance, delivery timelines, and quality metrics.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to optimize delivery outcomes.
Strategic Contribution
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align delivery strategies with business goals.
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
- Experience with automation platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks.

Who will you report to?
- Reports to Delivery Leader – Process Automation
- Internal stakeholders: Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Automation Engineers; Sales and Pre-Sales Teams; Finance, Procurement, and Legal Departments; Regional and Global Delivery Teams.
- External: Key customer stakeholders and Third-party vendors and technology partners.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project delivery or service management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in process automation, digital transformation, or industrial automation.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-region projects with cross-functional teams.
