We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Rep to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for confirming orders with customers, ensuring timely delivery, and providing excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Confirm orders with customers via phone calls
- Ensure orders are dispatched and delivered to customers through our logistics and delivery partners
- Facilitate seamless communication between customers and delivery partners
- Follow up with customers to ensure they receive their orders and are satisfied with their purchases
- Collect customer feedback to improve our service delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Academic qualification: Mininum OND
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦80,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
