JOB DESCRIPTION
Answer to all WhatsApp messages and complaints.
Take WhatsApp orders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be computer literate and proficient in using smartphones
- Strong written communication skills with good command of English
- Ability to respond to messages promptly and professionally
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations at once
- Basic record-keeping and data entry skills
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in customer support is an added advantage
