Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Lekki. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include interacting with customers via phone, email, and in-person, resolving complaints, and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representative skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
