Job Title : Collections and Loan Performance Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track and review overdue loan accounts and identify clients with missed or partial payments.
- Initiate follow-ups through phone calls, SMS, emails, and WhatsApp to remind clients of their loan obligations.
- Engage clients to understand reasons for default and propose realistic repayment arrangements or restructuring options.
- Maintain professionalism when dealing with clients to preserve the institution’s reputation and encourage voluntary compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates should possess an SSCE/OND / HND / B.Sc qualification with 0 - 1 years work experience.
- Previous experience in tele-collections or Customer Service will be an added advantage
- Strong Written, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Agile, Teachable, and willing to learn.
- Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong Listening skills.
- Persuasive, sales / marketing and analytical skills will be an added advantage.
- Must have Smart Phone.(Android or iPhone)
