Job Title: Corporate Manager
Location: Sangotedo, Lagos (Candidates residing in Chevron, Ajah, or Sangotedo preferred)
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to fill a Managerial role within a dynamic and growing organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the corporate environment, demonstrate leadership skills, and possess the ability to manage teams, drive strategy, and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with business goals
- Lead and manage staff to achieve departmental and organizational objectives
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve performance
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure seamless workflow
- Manage stakeholder relationships and represent the organization in meetings
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a corporate setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proximity to Chevron, Ajah, or Sangotedo is highly preferred
