Responsibility
•Translate brand narratives into interactive event concepts and storytelling experiences.
•Event Production & Project Management
•Lead end-to-end production of live and virtual events, pop-ups, installations, brand activations, trade shows, and more.
•Develop timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
•Source and manage vendors, venues, production crews, and technical teams.
•Ensure flawless onsite execution and real-time problem-solving.
•Budget & Resource Management
•Create and manage budgets; negotiate costs and maintain profitability without compromising quality.
•Track expenses and report on cost efficiencies.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, logistics, PR, and digital to ensure alignment.
•Lead pre-production meetings, site visits, and stakeholder briefings.
•Gather metrics, evaluate ROI, and compile post-event reports.
•Implement learnings into future productions to optimize impact.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•4+ years of experience producing branded or experiential events.
•Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale events.
•Strong understanding of creative production, fabrication, and logistics.
•Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
•Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in event production software and tools

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
