Content Writer / Content Manager

Evaluate Media is looking to recruit talented a content writer who is experienced in social media account management to join our team. As a content writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content for various media platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing and editorial teams to produce content that aligns with our brand voice, target audience, and marketing objectives.

As a social media account manager, you will manage clients' social media handles, including steadily growing account pages, engaging with followers, and creating strategies to increase social media presence. You will also effectively liaise with clients to ensure smooth operations of their deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for various formats including blog posts, articles, newsletters, PR Publications, social media posts, content calendars, whitepapers, and website content
• Conduct SEO research and be up-to-date on trends in the digital space
• Handle social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) for clients
• Come up with strategies to grow social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) effectively
• Write well-researched, clear content calendars for different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn)
• Work with marketing and design teams to create marketing strategies for clients
• Create and edit videos for social media platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO writer or social media manager
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and content marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to write in a variety of styles and tones to match different content formats, target audiences, and client specifications.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ikeja: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
