Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives’ calendars, schedule appointments, and organise meetings
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, correspondence)
- Maintain and organise office files, records, and real estate documentation
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other official documents
- Welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner and attend to their inquiries
- Assist in coordinating property inspections and keeping track of follow-ups
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales and legal documents
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information
- Provide administrative support to sales and marketing teams as needed Order office supplies and ensure the smooth running of daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role; real estate experience is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance and customer-service orientation Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
