Job Description:
As a Client Service Executive (NYSC) at Cybertron Ads, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable experience in client management and digital marketing during their NYSC service year.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and concerns.
2. Client Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering requirements, setting expectations, and ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
3. Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, and digital specialists, to ensure timely delivery of client projects and campaigns.
4. Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects, campaign performance, and any relevant industry news or trends that may impact their business.
5. Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the project, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
6. Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients on their experience working with Cybertron Ads, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Prior experience in client service or account management is a plus, but not required.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₦50,000.00 - ₦60,000.00 per month
