Job Description
- Assist in handling client inquiries
- Maintain customer relationships
- Ensure a positive client experience.
- Support client service representatives with documentation,
- Follow-ups and resolving minor issues.
- Work closely with teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Problem-solving ability,
- Basic knowledge of customer relationship management,
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask.
- 0 – 1 year (Entry-level, internship experience is a plus)
- Candidates should have a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Monday – Friday (Weekends and public holidays if required but available online 24/7)
- Internship completion certificate, potential full-time employment, networking opportunities, training, and mentorship.
