Centerville Office Support Limited is seeking a Client Search Specialist to join and lead our dynamic Client Search Team in our Abuja office. This role is critical to re-establishing contact with our inactive or unreachable clients using our in-house database and CRM platform (Salesforce).
The ideal candidate is resourceful, persistent, and has excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be responsible for initiating outreach calls, updating client records, and ensuring that all client engagement activities are logged accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the Client Search team’s daily operations.
- Utilize internal databases to identify and reach out to clients who have not been in recent contact.
- Make multiple outbound calls daily to engage clients and verify or update their information.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM software (Salesforce).
- Provide timely feedback and reports on client contact status.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent client experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree in Law, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written, with excellent diction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
- Prior experience in client engagement, tele-outreach, or a similar role is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site at our CBD Abuja office during the specified hours (2 PM to 11 PM WAT).
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month
