Job Overview

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on SEO Specialist to lead organic growth for our Ludo Naira app — a fast-growing real-money Ludo game for Nigerian players. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO in a mobile-first, gaming and real-money ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for increasing visibility on Google Play, search engines, and content platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive traffic, sign-ups, and installs for the Ludo Naira app.
• Conduct keyword research relevant to online gaming, betting, real-money apps, and mobile gaming in Nigeria.
• Optimise landing pages, app store listings (ASO), and blog content to boost search visibility.
• Collaborate with content creators to publish high-converting SEO blog posts and articles.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend actions for mobile-first indexing, speed optimisation, and crawlability.
• Build high-quality backlinks from igaming forums, prediction sites, blogs, and local Nigerian media.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic performance, and competitor insights using tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Play Console.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, local SEO trends, and gaming industry regulations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of SEO experience, preferably in mobile apps, gaming, or the iGaming industry.
• Proven results growing organic traffic and installs for apps or platforms.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and mobile optimisation.
• Familiarity with ASO (App Store Optimisation) for Google Play.
• Experience using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, GSC, and Play Console.
• Understanding of the Nigerian digital and gaming landscape.
Excellent content and keyword strategy skills.

Nice to Have:
