Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Relate with walk-in clients on preferred products and services
- Walk clients through our products and services, explaining benefits in detail
- Show the clients the site when necessary
- Keep clients updated with products and services
- Pick up calls for inquiries when the digital team has placed adverts
- Resolve client issues Give client feedback to the management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- HND in any field of study
