Location: Ikota, Lagos | Industry: Construction & Interior Design
As the Chief Executive Officer of Kudev Solution, you will provide high-level leadership to guide the company into its next phase of growth. With an existing office, an established client base, and a growing presence in Nigeria’s interior design and construction industry, the CEO must combine technical knowledge, business acumen, and visionary leadership to scale the business and deepen its market impact.

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
Refine and execute the company’s short- and long-term strategic plans across all service areas—architecture, interior design, renovation, construction, and product lines.
Set performance goals and KPIs for departments and oversee overall business direction.
Lead the expansion of operations, market reach, and service innovation to strengthen brand presence across Lagos and beyond.
2. Sales Oversight & Revenue Expansion
Drive sales growth by identifying new markets, increasing customer base, and introducing scalable services.
Supervise sales and marketing strategy development, pricing models, and lead generation plans.
Build partnerships and pitch to corporate, residential, and government clients to win high-value projects.
3. Financial & Expense Management
Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting systems.
Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring expenses, maximizing profit margins, and improving ROI across all projects.
Work with accountants and finance teams to maintain healthy cash flow and resource allocation.
4. Operational Excellence & Project Delivery
Manage cross-functional teams to deliver client projects on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.
Implement standard operating procedures for design, execution, supervision, procurement, and reporting.
Monitor site activities, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and uphold professional and safety standards.
5. Team Leadership & Talent Development
Build, mentor, and manage a skilled workforce, including architects, interior designers, site supervisors, marketers, and admin staff.
Foster a productive and accountable company culture that encourages innovation, professionalism, and teamwork.
Lead performance reviews, staff development programs, and HR strategies.
6. Partnerships, Vendors & Industry Collaboration
Maintain and expand relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, artisans, and real estate developers.
Secure favorable contracts and collaborations that benefit Kudev's operations and service delivery.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and forums to build credibility and attract opportunities.
7. Brand Management & Client Experience
Strengthen Kudev’s market reputation through consistent branding, digital presence, and client engagement.
Ensure that every project delivered reflects the company’s core values: style, quality, and function.
Oversee the production and promotion of catalogues, brochures, and branded content.
8. Board Relations & Reporting
Report directly to the Managing Director on company performance, risks, opportunities, and strategy implementation.
Align business decisions with the vision of the board and key stakeholders.
Prepare and present business cases for expansion, product development, or restructuring when necessary.
9. Construction Industry Insight & Innovation
Use your background in construction and interior design to guide technical decisions, supervise complex builds, and ensure excellence in execution.
Stay ahead of industry trends, modern materials, and customer expectations to position Kudev as a leading lifestyle construction brand.
