Role Overview
You will be the operational backbone of PPAfan—managing finances, facilitating communications, coordinating events, and supporting the pastoral team to ensure seamless ministry flow. Your work enables our leaders and members to focus on spiritual growth while we deliver kingdom impact in both church and marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Leadership
- Oversee the church office, operations, and support staff.
- Coordinate Sunday services, midweek programs, conferences, guest events, and free transport logistics .
- Manage church calendar and space scheduling.
- Maintain filing, documentation, and digital records
2. Financial Stewardship
- Assist in annual budgeting, income/expense tracking, and reporting.
- Handle petty cash, donations, tithes, and financial reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for pastors and finance committee.
3. Communication & Member Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for church inquiries via phone, email, or visitors.
- Prepare and distribute weekly bulletins, announcements, and prayers.
- Support updates to the website, podcast listings, and social media channels.
- Liaise between leadership, ministry teams, and congregation.
4. Event & Volunteer Coordination
- Plan and oversee volunteer schedules, training sessions, and appreciation events.
- Coordinate logistics for retreats, workshops, and community outreach.
- Ensure resource availability and volunteer support for all ministry activities.
5. Operations & Facilities Management
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
- Supervise vendor contracts, transport arrangements, and venue setups.
- Uphold safety, orderliness, and hospitality standards in church facilities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field
- At least 2 years in administrative roles, preferably within church or Christian ministries
- Proven bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Strong grasp of Excel; bonus points for familiarity with pastoral or NGO financial systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- High confidentiality, professionalism, and spiritual maturity
- Self‑starter attitude with ability to multitask in a fast‑paced ministry environment

- Experience coordinating church volunteer teams and logistical support
- Familiarity with digital platforms (Websites, podcasting, social media)
