Now Hiring: Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (with global exposure)
Reports to: COO / Executive Director
Salary: 4Million Naira/Month Gross (negotiable)

We’re looking for a dynamic, cosmopolitan leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales, technology consulting, and systems integration to join one of Nigeria’s leading technology integrators.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Sales Strategy: Define our go-to-market approach, market entry plans, and value propositions.
- Build High-Performing Teams: Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales talent across regions.
- Drive Growth: Deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets, grow enterprise accounts, and deepen market share.
- Forge Alliances: Partner with global OEMs, technology vendors, and distributors for joint growth.
- Engage C-Suite: Lead high-level client engagements and represent us at industry events.
- Ensure Governance: Oversee P&L, pricing strategy, and CRM-driven sales processes.
We’re Looking For
- Education: Master’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: 12–15 years in progressive sales leadership, including 5+ years at senior executive level with P&L responsibility.
- Global Mindset: Exposure to at least two international markets (EMEA, North America preferred).
- Industry Network: Deep relationships in BFSI, Energy, Public Sector, or Telecoms.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce), sales automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership Style: Strategic thinker, hands-on executor, high integrity, and culturally agile.
