key responsibility
1. Design, document and implement effective SOPs
2. Cordinate and manage relationships frieght carriers, custom brokers
3. Collaborate with CEO to execute strategic plans and growth initiatives.
QULIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in frieght forwarding company, with strong exposure
2. Proven track record of designing and implementing operational systems, SOPs and internal process
3. Bsc in logistics supply chain, business administration or related field .
