Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chef based in Abuja, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Chef will be responsible for daily meal preparation, menu planning, sourcing ingredients, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring food quality standards are met. Additional tasks include training kitchen staff, managing inventory, and creating innovative dishes that cater to dietary restrictions and preferences.
Qualifications
- Culinary Arts, Cooking, and Menu Planning skills
- Experience in kitchen management and staff training
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Inventory management and ingredient sourcing skills
- Creativity in developing new recipes and catering to dietary needs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities Certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
