Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Marketing Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, market research, and client relationship management.

  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term business success.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and pitches that effectively communicate the company’s products or services.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align business development goals with company-wide initiatives.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system and prepare regular pipeline reports and forecasts.
  • Experience in dealing with schools and school bus operators is preferred
  • Experience in selling and marketing tech solutions is preferred


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience is required
  • BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
