Job Description/Requirements
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
- Identify potential clients and understand their fuel needs.
- Strategically onboard new customers to build and expand the client base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Regularly review and refine strategies based on market trends and performance data.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead contract negotiations and finalize sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Deliver high-value deals that contribute to revenue growth and gross margins.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive MIS reports to management, detailing sales performance and market insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
- Work closely with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Align sales efforts with company objectives.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales within minimum 2 years experience in CNG business in Africa.
- Proven sales expertise with a strongtrack record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional client relationship management capabilities.
