We are seeking a result-driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about real estate, confident in communication, and driven by results.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Urbanlife Realty properties
• Generate and follow up on quality leads
• Schedule and attend property viewings with prospective clients
• Provide expert advice to clients on property investment and ownership
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings and events

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any field
• Prior experience in sales or real estate is required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
• Familiarity with Lekki, Ajah, and surrounding areas is highly preferred
• Must be confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused
