We are seeking a result-driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about real estate, confident in communication, and driven by results.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Urbanlife Realty properties
- Generate and follow up on quality leads
- Schedule and attend property viewings with prospective clients
- Provide expert advice to clients on property investment and ownership
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings and events
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any field
- Prior experience in sales or real estate is required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
- Familiarity with Lekki, Ajah, and surrounding areas is highly preferred
- Must be confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused
