Job Summary:

We are hiring for the role of Business Development Managers for one of our clients in the Industrial Goods Sector. The Business Development Manager is responsible the overall operations, business development, and financial performance of the company. The role involves driving sales, managing client relationships and improving operational efficiency, and ensuring project execution aligns with quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for residential, commercial, and industrial paint applications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, real estate developers, and corporate organizations.
  • Drives the sales process end to end for all the company’s super premium and premium products.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts for painting projects.
  • Oversee the execution of painting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Work with the commercial manager, quantity surveyors and accountants to develop and manage budgets, pricing, and cost-control measures.
  • Set performance targets and ensure accountability across the team
  • Work with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement..
  • Work with the marketing team to organize promotional campaigns, partnerships, and client engagement events.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Handle client feedback, disputes, and project escalations professionally.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantity survey, estate management and valuation, or a related field from a reputable and accredited university.
  • 7–10 years of experience in business management, preferably in the construction, real estate, or paint industry.
  • Strong sales and business development skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of paint application techniques, materials, and industry best practices is a plus.
