Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage all leads assigned to him/her to ensure a 10% conversion rate monthly.
- Always available when called by the marketing team for traditional marketing via the broadcast media, as scheduled by the company.
- Create, manage, and optimise existing broadcast media strategies to meet the company's goals.
- Readily available to contribute to the growth of Affiliate marketing and Company clients, where necessary.
- Develop Barter strategies for Traditional Media.
- Ensuring that all he/she meet their sales quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements.
- Identifying market trends and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending Real Estate opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Continually assess marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales, and stay up-to-date on current market trends.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers.
- Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition.
- Work in a hands-on fashion with the team to provide motivation and inspiration.
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
- Conduct initial onsite, remote demonstrations, and detailed follow-up demonstrations customised to show how the solution attains particular prospect requirements.
- Stimulate sales activities to attain or exceed revenue objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Update and continuously maintain the internal marketing database to precisely reflect sales activities and prospect status.
- Support the preparation of perfect monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales projections along with pipeline reports. Prepare, plan, and implement local marketing strategies and initiatives to increase sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
