Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy, expand our client base, and strengthen strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, energy or engineering sectors, and a passion for driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies focused on revenue and client satisfaction
- Identify and build relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and pitches
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends
- Track KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align solutions with client needs
- Represent Detopsy Engineering at industry events, conferences, and networking forums Mentor junior sales and business development staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in energy, engineering, or tech sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
