Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy, expand our client base, and strengthen strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, energy or engineering sectors, and a passion for driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on revenue and client satisfaction
  • Identify and build relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals and pitches
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends
  • Track KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline metrics
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Represent Detopsy Engineering at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
  • Mentor junior sales and business development staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in energy, engineering, or tech sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
