Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands, managing client relationships.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to translate client briefs into impactful deliverables.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure flawless execution.
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency across campaigns and communication channels.
- Anticipate client needs and propose proactive, innovative solutions.
- Lead regular review meetings with clients to present progress, results, and future plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years in brand management, account management, or client servicing within advertising, marketing, or media.
- Not required, but relevant certifications in brand management/marketing are an advantage.
