Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, file organization, and responding to inquiries.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the atelier and assist with customer relations.
- Manage and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and messages professionally.
- Coordinate photoshoots, client fittings, and appointment bookings.
- Draft captions, stories, and campaign ideas for brand content. Maintain proper records of client orders, payments, and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role
