Job Summary

We're hiring a highly organized and digitally savvy Brand Assistant to handle administrative duties, manage online presence, and support daily business operations at Zeal Culture.

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, file organization, and responding to inquiries.
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the atelier and assist with customer relations.
  • Manage and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and messages professionally.
  • Coordinate photoshoots, client fittings, and appointment bookings.
  • Draft captions, stories, and campaign ideas for brand content.
  • Maintain proper records of client orders, payments, and deliveries.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of Diploma
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role
