Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand / Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, branding strategies, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling brand assets that communicate our identity and resonate with our audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for brand identity, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and motion designs for digital and print channels.
• Design logos, typography, mockups, and brand assets that reflect the brand’s vision and guidelines.
• Produce engaging motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure all materials align with branding strategy.
• Present creative ideas, mood boards, and prototypes to stakeholders for review and feedback.
Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging creative tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3–5 years of professional experience in brand and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong skills in motion design and animation for social and digital media.
• Proven experience in brand identity creation, logo design, and branding strategies.
• Ability to create high-quality mockups and visual assets for campaigns and presentations.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
• Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
