Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Humans of Twelfth City Real Estate, Port Harcourt Branch. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance, recruiting and training staff, handling customer complaints, and maintaining branch records. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and implementing company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in staff management and training
- Skills in sales strategy development and performance improvement
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and record-keeping
- Excellent customer service and complaint resolution skills
- Strong organizational, operational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager or similar role is preferred.
Requirement
- must be based in Port Harcourt, and be available to travel
- minimum of 5-8 years working experience in real estate and related field.

Salary: Salary Range - N250,000 - N300,000
