Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French) located in Lagos. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer service experiences in both English and French languages. Additional responsibilities include managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer service to enhance customer experiences.

- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
- Fluency in both French and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
