Our client inAbuja is looking for a Bar Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and lead a high-performing team to success.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance at all times.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that encourage repeat visits.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve a minimum 15% increase in bar sales within the first year.
- Manage inventory, minimize waste, and maintain effective cost control.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team with a 90%+ retention rate.
- Introduce innovative cocktails, promotions, and events to enhance guest engagement.
- Guarantee 100% compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in bar, restaurant, or hospitality management.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and customer service targets.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Certifications in Food Safety/Health & Safety (a plus).
