Salary Expectation: ₦65,000 monthly

Job Description:
As a Bar Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Mixologist and serving staff to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the bar. Your duties will include preparing garnishes, restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with basic drink preparation. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Mixologist in preparing and serving beverages.
· Wash, polish, and store bar glassware and utensils.
· Prepare garnishes and set up the bar for service.
· Refill ice bins and ensure bar stations are well-stocked.
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area at all times.
· Clear empty glasses and plates promptly during service.
· Support with inventory checks and restocking supplies.
· Provide friendly and helpful assistance to guests when needed.
· Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations strictly.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of OND certificate in any relevant field.
· At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality role; bar experience is an advantage.
· Willingness to learn and work closely with senior bar staff.
· Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
· Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
