Our client in Abuja is seeking a Bar Manager to lead daily operations, drive business growth, and inspire a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that keeps guests coming back.
- Achieve revenue targets and grow bar sales by 15%+ in the first year.
- Manage inventory, reduce waste, and control costs effectively.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a strong team with 90%+ retention.
- Launch creative cocktails, promotions, and events to boost engagement.
- Ensure 100% adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in bar, restaurant, or hospitality management.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and customer service targets.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Certifications in Food Safety/Health & Safety (a plus).
