Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Bookstore Manager located in Lagos. The Assistant Bookstore Manager will be responsible for assisting in daily store operations, managing inventory, overseeing sales processes, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include supporting store management, coordinating with staff, and maintaining a welcoming and organized bookstore environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience in Inventory Management
- Proficiency in Sales processes
- Store Management and Retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the book industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
