Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, located in Lagos The Architect will be responsible for designing new buildings, extensions, alterations, and restorations. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed architectural plans, conducting site visits, coordinating with construction professionals and suppliers, preparing scale drawings, and liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met. The Architect will also be responsible for staying updated with the latest developments in the architecture industry and maintaining compliance with building laws.

Qualifications

• Architectural design and planning skills
• Experience with CAD software and other architectural tools
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with building laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
Relevant work experience in architectural design and construction
