HRLeverage Africa – Our client, a leading company in the real estate sector, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Architect
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, plans, and 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Ensure architectural designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and contractors during project execution.
- Prepare and review construction documents and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality. Stay updated on new materials, trends, and architectural technologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 3–5 years’ post-graduate experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or related tools.
- Strong creativity with excellent technical skills.
- Good communication and client relationship management skills. Must be registered and certified by ARCON (Architects Registration Council of Nigeria).
