Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and highly organized individual to serve as a Personal Assistant, Admin, and Account Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing executive support, handling administrative duties, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive and personal support to management.
Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation.
Assist with bookkeeping, financial records, and basic accounting tasks.
Prepare and maintain reports, invoices, and expense records.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Requirements:
1. Must be a graduate (BSc/HND).
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
