Job Description/Requirements
Farmdev E-Commerce Platform is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Agricultural Equipment Specialist to serve as the key liaison between the platform, customers, and vendors on all matters related to farm machinery and equipment. This role involves providing technical support, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of equipment listings.
The ideal candidate should reside in Ibadan, possess good interpersonal skills, and have a sound understanding of agricultural tools, machines, and mechanization.
Requirements:
1. Must reside in Ibadan, Oyo State.
2. A degree or diploma in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Technology, or related field.
3. At least 1 year of experience in farm machinery sales, service, or technical advisory.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Technical knowledge of farm implements and equipment.
6. Ability to simplify complex technical details for customers.
7. Basic familiarity with digital tools and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
