Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex financial models across diverse sectors for project financing, valuation and investment purposes.

Execution of financial transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, capital restructuring and capital market (equity & debt) deals.

Rendition of advisory services across diverse sectors.

Securing mandates for execution of financial transactions.

Strong knowledge of the domestic and international capital markets.

Manage execution of transactions by coordinating due diligence and presentations across multiple stakeholders.

Monitor fundamental economic, industrial and corporate developments through the analysis of information obtained from financial publications, investment banking firms, government agencies, trade publications, company sources, etc.

Qualifications

First degree from an accredited university.

ACCA, ICAN qualification or attainment of level 2 CFA qualification or any other similar professional qualification

Minimum of 6-year work experience.
