The TAS Analyst supports real estate advisory and transaction services, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and joint ventures. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Transaction Execution Support
- Support the management and execution of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and advisory projects.
- Prepare pitch decks, investment teasers, lease/sale proposals, and other client-facing documents. Liaise with legal, valuation, and technical teams to coordinate due diligence processes.
Financial & Market Analysis
- Conduct real estate market research and prepare detailed reports on trends, pricing, yields, and demand-supply metrics.
- Build and maintain financial models, including cash flow projections, investment returns, and comparative analyses. Assist in preparing investment appraisals and feasibility studies.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Support client relationship management through effective communication, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Maintain client databases and deal trackers to monitor pipeline activity and engagement status. Attend client meetings and site visits, and document action points and key deliverables.
Documentation & Reporting
- Draft presentations, reports, and analysis summaries for internal review and client submissions.
- Keep transaction files, NDAs, contracts, and correspondences well organized and up-to-date. Track project timelines, internal approvals, and deliverables across transaction cycles.
Business Development Support
- Conduct background research on prospective clients, property portfolios, or investment opportunities.
- Contribute to pitch preparation and proposal development for new mandates. Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and referrals in CRM or internal trackers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate advisory, investment, agency, or a transaction-oriented role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Financial modeling and analytical skills are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
