Job Title: Advertising Sales Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales CollateralDevelopment:
- Create compelling
advertising proposals, pitch decks, and campaign briefs aligned with clientobjectives and sales strategies.
- Translate sales
team requirements into customized multimedia creative concepts (digital, TV, OTT,radio).
2. Cross-FunctionalCoordination:
- Act as liaison
between sales teams and internal departments (creative, content, finance, marketing)to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Facilitate
communication with HQ teams for resource allocation, approval workflows, andbrand guideline compliance.
3. CampaignOperational Support:
- Manage post-sale
campaign activation: Track deliverable, monitor timelines, and troubleshootexecution issues.
Prepare post-campaign reports analyzing performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) for sales review.
4. Knowledge Management:
- Maintain
up-to-date databases of client histories, market intelligence, and competitorcase studies for sales enablement.
- Develop reusabletemplates for proposals, contracts, and presentations to streamline
processes.
5. Client Engagement
Assistance:
- Support sales
directors in client meetings by preparing data-driven insights and visualmaterials.
- Coordinatelogistics for client events, product demos, and media showcases.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Core Skills:
- 3 to 5 years in
advertising support, sales operations, or marketing coordination withinmedia/ad agencies.
- Portfolio
demonstrating strong ad copywriting and proposal crafting abilities for diversemedia formats.
2. TechnicalProficiency
- Mastery of
Microsoft 365 (PPT, Excel), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), and CRMtools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Data literacy:
Ability to interpret audience analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, socialinsights) for proposal enhancement.
3.Coordination
Expertise:
- Proven success in
managing cross-cultural/cross-functional projects with remote stakeholders.
- Experience
navigating matrixes organizations and balancing local/global priorities.
4. Communication& Mindset:
- Exceptional
English writing/editing skills-ability to distill complex ideas intoclient-ready narratives.
- Proactive
problem-solver with high attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Cultural agility
to collaborate across Nigeria, African regional teams, and HQs.
5. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
