Job Description: Administrative Assistant

**Location:** Ikeja, Lagos

**Employment Type:** Full-Time (Monday to Saturday)

**Salary:** ₦130,000 – ₦150,000 Gross (Tax Deductible)

About the Company

We are a fast-growing confectionery company based in Ikeja, dedicated to crafting delicious baked goods and treats for our customers. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office and bakery

· Manage correspondence, scheduling, filing, and other general office duties

· Assist with inventory records and ordering of supplies

· Maintain organized records of sales, deliveries, and client communications

· Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers

· Support customer service and walk-in clients as needed

· Monitor and update the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

· Assist with basic Google business optimization (e.g., responding to reviews, updating location info)

· Support in organizing baking classes, events, or festive promotions

Requirements

· Minimum of 1–2 years administrative experience (experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus)

· A graduate of any discipline (HND/BSc)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Familiarity with social media management and basic online optimization tools

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude

· Must have a genuine interest in baking and confectionery

Added Advantage

· Basic knowledge of content creation or digital marketing

· Experience with Google Business Profile or SEO tools
