Job Title: Account Officer
Location: Illupeju, Lagos
Job Description:
Our Client, a reputable Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Account Officer to assist with the day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
- Support the accountant in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
