Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Experiential Designer / Event Set & Stage Designer to conceptualise and develop unique stage designs and immersive experiential elements for CULTUR FM’s global events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative, brand-aligned stage and experiential concepts for CULTUR FM events worldwide.
- Create high-quality 2D and 3D design visuals that clearly convey creative direction.
- Produce professional digital presentations for internal review and client/venue approval.
- Interpret and expand on briefs provided by the senior team, bringing innovative, on-brand ideas to the table.
- Ensure all designs reflect CULTUR FM’s distinctive style, energy, and brand identity.
- Collaborate remotely with the team to refine concepts and ensure they are practical for production (no manufacturing knowledge required).
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in experiential, stage, or event set design.
- An immaculate portfolio showcasing a variety of previous work in live events, brand activations, or similar creative spaces.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., SketchUp, Vectorworks, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Strong ability to translate ideas into visually compelling presentations.
- Exceptional creativity and eye for detail.
- Ability to work remotely while communicating effectively with a fast-paced global team.
- Understanding of CULTUR FM’s brand identity and style is desirable.

Pay: ₦180,000.00 - ₦220,000.00 per month
