Your Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and expanding our B2B telecom client base, specifically in the Voice, VoIP, and SMS sectors. You’ll be responsible for building relationships, closing deals, and ensuring our clients benefit from tailored telecom solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients using our telecom services (Voice, VoIP, SMS)
- Handle customer pricing, with a strong understanding of A–Z voice termination rates, SMS routes, and interconnect deals
- Monitor and negotiate routing and margins to maintain profitability
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services and telecom hardware
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with tech and support teams to ensure delivery and support
- Prepare and present tailored quotes, contracts, and offers
- Stay up-to-date with telecom trends, route quality, and global rate changes
- Attend trade events, client meetings, and networking opportunities when needed
Your Profile
- 2+ years of experience in telecom account management or wholesale voice/SMS sales
- Deep understanding of the telecom industry, especially A–Z termination rates, CLI/non-CLI traffic, TDM/SIP routing, and SMS aggregators
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic reporting
- Strong commercial sense and analytical mindset
- Self-starter with ability to manage workload and sales targets independently
