Account Manager – #Ibadan
Join ipNX as an #AccountManager in our Business Division in Ibadan and drive growth by building lasting client relationships and delivering strategic solutions. This permanent role offers the opportunity to shape key accounts and boost business success in a dynamic, competitive environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with high-volume clients to drive organic growth and increase ipNX’s share of their business.
- Create and implement account strategies, including relationship mapping, opportunity pipeline management, and tailored service offerings.
- Analyze client needs, propose innovative solutions, and ensure excellent service delivery in collaboration with technical and customer care teams.
- Manage projects, develop proposals, and track progress to meet revenue and performance targets.
- Leverage data and market insights to predict trends, enhance offerings, and drive business decisions.
- Represent ipNX at industry events, building networks and identifying new opportunities.
- Ensure timely responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFTs, maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or related field (minimum 2.2/Upper Credit).
- 5-7 years of experience in key account management, with a proven track record in #B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in strategic account planning and closing deals with blue-chip companies.
- Proficiency in account management methodologies (e.g., Pursuit) and tools like Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of industry trends, competitor analysis, and client needs in the region.
- Ability to work in matrixed environments and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve results.
- Drive impactful business growth in a vibrant, client-focused role.
- Standard schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional travel.
