Job Description: We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer who is proficient in building custom plugins and translating Figma designs into fully functional WordPress websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for clean and modern design, ensuring that each project aligns with our client's vision and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom WordPress plugins to extend functionality and enhance user experience.
• Convert Figma designs into responsive, functional WordPress websites.
• Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed to specification.
• Continuously improve and update web applications, making adjustments based on client feedback.
Maintain a well-documented, efficient, and transparent workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Expertise in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with Figma and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage projects independently and work in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with other CMS platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of website security protocols.

Compensation:

• Starting Salary: 200k/month during a 3-month probationary period. Applicants should consider their salary expectations carefully before applying.
• Post-Probation Increase: An increase in salary is available after a successful performance review, reflecting the value and contributions brought to the team.
