Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Representative to promote our bottled water brand, grow market share, and build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end consumers. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and understands how to drive sales through marketing strategies tailored to both modern trade and traditional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s bottled water products to wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, and corporate clients.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
- Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, in-store activations, sampling, and trade shows.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on marketing and field activities.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product and marketing team.
- Ensure brand visibility through the placement of marketing materials (banners, flyers, branded coolers).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet territory goals and revenue targets.
Requirements:Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of marketing or sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage/water industry.
- Experience in field marketing or B2B/B2C sales is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with local markets, retail channels, and distribution networks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.

- Good knowledge of the bottled water market and regulatory environment.
- Ability to adapt marketing tactics to suit different customer segments.
